Baptisms
Baptisms are performed during the Sunday worship service. There is no charge. Please contact the church office to make arrangements, 236-4821
Weddings
The First Congregational Church of Camden is a beautiful and historic building, and we have a proud tradition of welcoming couples who wish to be married in our church, whether or not they are members.
To make arrangements to be married in our church or if you are planning an outdoor wedding but desire to reserve the church Sanctuary as an alternate location in case of inclement weather, please call the Church Office, 207-236-4821 for details.
Fees listed are minimums. Generosity beyond these amounts is often appropriate and always appreciated.
Church Sanctuary (for non-members only) $300.00 (no charge for members)
To reserve the Sanctuary as an alternate location in case of rain.
The sanctuary will be reserved only upon receipt of this

FOR AN OUTDOOR WEDDING
For those who desire to reserve our Sanctuary as a back-up location in case of inclement weather, we require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the Sanctuary Use Fee in the event your service needs to be moved indoors.
RECEPTIONS AT THE CHURCH
Receptions at the church are by special arrangement only.No alcoholic beverages/no smoking are allowed on Church grounds.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Use
The use of the building is at the discretion of the Board of Trustees, who will determine the suitability of any proposed use. Inquiries may be made through the Church Office and reservations will be approved whenever there is no conflict with church activities. In the event of unexpected church functions, notably funerals, we reserve the right to cancel any conflicting reservation.
Sexton Services
Sexton services are arranged for in advance through the Church Office. Fees will vary with size of group and services required. Checks for his services must be made to Mike Fisher. Users will be held responsible for any damage to premises and contents.
Security
For events outside office hours, arrangements to gain access to the facility should be made in advance with the Church Office. If we have to lend you a key, it must be returned at the end of the event in accordance with the arrangements made with the Church Office. In the event the key is lost, there will be a $200.00 charge to cover the re-keying of the locks. On leaving, all lights must be turned off, windows closed, and the door(s) locked.
Parking
The church provides parking space for 66 cars. In the event that expected needs approach this number, arrangements should be made with the Church Office for a traffic monitor to insure no illegal parking in fire lanes, etc.
